Someone is Watching, Another is Listening

Among the toughest functions of a small business owner is to keep up with everything, especially when the plates are beyond full. There is, however, a very important necessity and that is reaching out to your past customers, again thanking them for their patronage, wishing them the best of enjoying what you have helped them aquire, especially if it is your artwork. Make sure they are satisfied. If they truly are, believe me, they will feel it.

Remember always that someone is watching. You may have to bring yourself again to their attention, but someone is watching. And who is listening? Well, you better be. If you aren’t listening to your customers, I am. And that, my friends, is fair game.

My service is deliver better quality of life to the who entrust me with their lives, their homes and their wallets.
